We work by APPOINTMENTS ONLY hence please message us to arrange a suitable time to visit. 

We accept payment in Cash, PayPal or by Bank Transfer using PayID.  We use Australian Dollars as Currency.  

At least 50% of payment is required in advance while placing the order for custom made items or alterations. (excludes online orders where full payment is required in advance along with postage)

Some of the Items on our list are one off piece. If you need more quantities please check with us for availability.

Items Purchased through our online orders will be shipped once the order is completed.

At this stage we post within Australia Only. Customers will be notified. Once the item has been handed to the postal /courier service it will be out of our control to determine the delivery time. We should not be held responsible for any delays, damages or loss after it is handed to the postal service.

We can arrange delivery upon request however customers have to bear the cost of postage, packing and handling. We prefer sending parcel by parcel post  /courier with Tracking . 

Goods once sold are non refundable. We do not offer any return or exchange policy. Once an order has been placed, whether for alteration services, custom stitching, or purchases from our collection, we cannot accommodate changes of mind. Please be certain of your selections before placing your order, as advance payments are non refundable. Thank You for your understanding and cooperation.

Our product ranges from handmade in Australia as well as some hand crafted items from overseas.  Hence some pieces are unique and may not be available in quantity. Please inquire if you have any particular requirements.

We do not offer same-day / express service. Please discuss in advance if the matter is urgent. 

Give at least two weeks notice  for any custom made items. We shall indicate you the time of delivery or pick up.

Trial Visits may be required for any custom-made orders to check fitting and alteration required. 

Items may have a slight variation amongst each other as they are not made in factories in bulk  but each piece is made manually.

We do not guarantee for the colour of the fabric. To avoid fading please hand wash separately in cold water or dry clean. 

Please bring back to our attention within 7 days if any concern in fitting after our alteration/custom-made service is offered. After this period you may be charged again for any service required. Customers are to bring the matter/item to us or bear the cost of sending the parcel to and from if anything needs to be further adjusted.  

Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. 

Force Majeure: In the event of our supply being suspended or stopped due to reasons beyond our control, such as COVID, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, war, strikes, lockout, labour problem, earth quake, flood, wind storm, Act of God or any other Natural calamities, delay in transportation, raw material, power shortage, or such other restrains/ obstacles, etc.. we will not accept any liabilities for execution of your orders. We shall not be held responsible for any loss damages or penalty as a result of any reasons stated above.
